Highlights: Bali Elephant Park is actually an elephant safari hotel located in the north of Ubud. It is an elephant-themed park and a nature reserve for elephants. It was officially opened to the public in 2000. The ecological environment in the park is good, the architecture is in harmony with nature, and it is surrounded by forests.
We have been to both with our now 3 and a half year old. The zoo is much better for little ones; it's a manageable size for a day excursion with smaller kids.The petting area is great fun! We won't be going back to Bali Safari until she is quite a bit older. Report inappropriate content. annielje.

The zoo is only animals but the Safari and Marine Park has more variety; Aquarium, safari animals, photo opportunities with snakes and orangutans, some great shows with trained animals and a small waterpark which is a good break for kids or young at heart (BYO towel).
